Liz came to me looking for support to set up an email marketing content management system. With a course, a membership, and an annual online event, she has a lot of moving pieces in her business. She recognized that she needed a better way to stay organized with her email marketing, from planning content to managing it efficiently, so she could focus on other areas of her growing business.
In a 1 Day Intensive we rolled up our sleeves and turned her scattered email ideas into a clear, easy-to-follow system. Here’s what we accomplished:
Asana Email Management System Setup
Created a custom Asana board for email planning and management
Organized emails by quarter for high-level visibility and strategic planning
Added custom fields to track content type, audience segment, exclusions, and task status—plus color-coded for easy scanning

Rebecca wanted to transform her online course into a live training with built-in accountability and extra support. She needed a tech setup that felt effortless for her attendees and stress-free for her. In just one day, we brought her vision to life. Her intensive included:
Strategy & Tech Setup: Mapped the customer journey and handled all backend tech integrations to ensure a smooth funnel experience from opt-in to replay access.
Sales Funnel Pages: Customized a template to create the sales page, checkout page, and confirmation page—integrating the client’s branding and adjusting the layout and flow to fit their offer and audience.
Automated Email Sequences: Wrote and set up all email communications, including confirmation, access, reminder, follow-up, and replay emails—fully automated to save time and ensure a polished attendee experience.
Membership Portal Integration: Uploaded and configured the training replay inside the client’s membership portal for easy post-event access.

Summit Strategy & Setup

Elisabeth had a big vision: to create a two-day virtual summit packed with valuable skills, resources, and community interactions. This was the first online summit for her niche in a few years. She had a supportive team for her usual business needs, but this was new territory. She wanted to make sure the summit setup was solid, with clear systems in place and no guesswork or overwhelm.
Across three Tech Intensives, I partnered with Elisabeth and her team — filling in the summit-focused tech and process gaps — to ensure her vision became a fully built, ready-to-launch event.

Created a Trello event management board covering all major areas: speaker onboarding, marketing, sales funnels, website setup, attendee engagement, and event week tasks.
Built a branded Content Snare speaker onboarding system with detailed instructions and automated reminders.
Connected Google Forms → Docusign → Content Snare via Zapier for seamless contracts and content collection.
Organized shared Google Drive folders and created documentation for consistent team workflows.
